In the mass production and consumption society, a great deal of industrial waste is discharged, including discarded roof tiles typically from demolition sites. The roof tiles do not always go to landfills because of their shape, and the disposal cost is increasing year by year.

What is K-Ground system?

K-Ground (Recycling of discarded roof tiles), which we developed earlier than any other business in Japan, is a group of products made from recycled crushed roof tiles, such as permeable paving materials or complex concrete products. They have water retention capacity, reflect relatively little heat, repel water, are easy to install and walk on, and therefore can be attractive products surpassing their rival products. In addition, environmental business such as greening or barrier-free business is being recognized at the moment, with the government environmental budget expected to keep rising. Our “K-Ground System” has been popular with a lot of businesses and we now have a nationwide franchise network.

The above process is indispensable for recycling roof tiles. Every step is necessary to manufacture good quality pavement materials. Based on this process, ECO SYSTEM is providing a total business package, including instructions on accepting discarded roof tiles, and installations and sales of landscape pavement materials or building material products.
